Tarkio R-I is seeking applications for: Anticipated 9 – 12 Social Studies, 6-12 Special Education and 6 – 8 ELA.

Tarkio R-I is a small, rural district with less than 350 students. The applicant needs to possess a valid Missouri teaching certificate or the ability to obtain one. Tarkio offers board paid insurance, local and state paid career ladder, free staff membership to the Tarkio Activity Center, and a base salary of $37,100 currently, with an increase expected for the 2023-24 school year. Applicants are allowed to bring in all years of experience on the salary schedule.
