A licensed sales associate (LSA) represents the MO Farm Bureau insurance companies and brokerage companies. A LSA is licensed for life, health, and/or property and casualty. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are representative of those required for this position. All of the duties may not be requires and additional duties may be assigned. *Greets and welcomes customes, determines nature of business, assists customers and provides information about MO Farm Bureau and its services or refers customes to appropriate individuals*Comfortable cold calling potential clients*Compiles and maiuntains client folders, lists, and other records as required by MOFB and the Agency Sales Manager*Perform account reviews for existing clients*Cross sell existing clients on all lines of business.*Directly responsible for prospecting, soliciting, quoting, and selling new insurance business and the maintenance and service of existing policies and policyholders and conducts business within MOFB company guidelines.*Create and maintain relationships with circles of influence.*Adheres to guidelines established by the underwriting department for the acquisition of new business and the retention of existing business.*Works chasers as assigned by the Agency Sales Manager.*Meets or exceeds training and production requirements.*Obtains and inputs information for insurance quotes as authorized by Agency Sales Manager.* Processes insurance polity endorsements and obtains and maintainsappropriate documentation and signatures as dictated by company rules and insurance regulations.*Travels to client site to photograph and document insured properties.*exclusively prmotes the entire Farm Bureau family of member services consistent with company policy.**Performs other duties as assigned.
