Perform a variety of tasks and operations to prepare meals and for guest, special functions and others as directed. Follow standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications include: High School diploma or GED equavalent. Certified ServSafe Food Handler. Ability to read, speak, write instructions in English. Ability to understand and follow safety precautions. Knowledge of food preparation and quality standards. Knowledge of food service line set up. Experience in hospital, institutional or restaurant cooking preferred.
