This position oversees the wastewater collection/treatment (lagoons) system. Daily management oversight of this department. 

Major duties include: Plans and coordinates the maintenance and operations of the wastewater treatment facility, the sanitary collection system, lift stations, prepares monthly DMR reports. Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, gathers data and prepares reports to demonstrate compliance. Develops five-year equipment and project plans. Develops specifications for new equipment. Develops annual budget requests and administers approved funds. Coordinates troubleshooting for pumps, valves, controls, flow meters, blowers, and wastewater equipment; monitors SCADA operations for water distribution system. Coordinates purchases and payments, maintains materials and supply inventory. Resolves concerns and complaints for customers and contractors. Performs related duties.
