Atchison County Health Department is seeking a dedicated and proactive LPN/Health Educator to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving health outcomes through education, outreach, and support. This role involves developing and delivering health promotion and disease prevention programs, addressing both physical health and social determinants of health that contribute to disparities. The position is part-time and grant funded with the intent to create a permanent position.
