Community Hospital-Fairfax has the following open positions:

Environmental Services Tech (Part time): Provide a consistently clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff by cleaning and sanitizing rooms and furnishings in assigned work areas as trained. Collect soiled linen, wash, dry, fold and distribute according to established policies& procedures, maintain established standards for quality control and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Clinic Nurse Practitioner (Oregon, MO): To provide acute and chronic care to patients in the clinic setting as defined in the Collaborative Practice Agreement and the Missouri Nursing Practice Act. Services include but are not limited to ordering, conducting, and interpreting appropriate diagnostic and laboratory tests, prescription of pharmacological agents and treatments and non-pharmacological therapies and other duties as assigned and delegated through the existing Collaborative Agreement.

Director of Patient Accounts: The Director of Patient Financial Services will manage all department functions and supervise billing, all admissions staff, and prior authorization staff. He or she will provide leadership by projecting a positive image to the office staff, hospital staff, patients, physicians, and visitors. The Director of Patient Accounts will maintain efficiency with a sense of financial responsibility to the department and the hospital. The director will also help with compliance specific to the department.

Mammography Technologist: The mammography tech. is responsible for detecting breast tissue abnormalities by completing mammographic imaging studies, presenting them for diagnosis.

Nurse Practitioner, ER: Provide primary and emergency care to patients as defined in the Collaborative Practice Agreement and the Missouri Nursing Practice Act. Services include but are not limited to ordering, conducting, and interpreting appropriate diagnostic and laboratory tests, prescription of pharmacological agents, treatments, non-pharmacological therapies, and other duties as assigned and delegated through the existing Collaborative Agreement

Registered Nurse, ER Nights: Provides total nursing care to patients, guided by Advanced Practice Nurse and Physician orders, standards of care, policies and procedures; provides a legible, pertinent, and accurate record of the patient’s course of treatment based on the patient’s plan of care ad disease process.

Radiologic Technologist Certified: Will be responsible for coordinating outpatient appointments, making patients who come in for procedures feel comfortable. Performs x-rays for diagnostic purposes. Follow established requirements and regulations to ensure patient care and safety.

Outpatient Clinic Registered Nurse: Provides and performs oversight, delegation, and coordination of total nursing care with other health care providers to meet holistic care needs of patients. Provides care to individual patients guided by physician orders, patient’s treatment plan, policies and procedures and standards of care. Acts as a resource person for other outpatient staff members.

Registered Nurse, Nights: Provides and performs oversight, delegation, and coordination of total nursing care with other health care providers to meet holistic care needs of patients.
